In this role, I established a 5-person UX team within the Intranet Shared Services unit, focusing on user-centered design strategies for digital platforms and leading numerous UX initiatives, including best practices for content publishing and design. I oversaw junior designers and interns, assisted division leadership with strategic planning, and managed the “Intranet 2020” conference to enhance internal communication. As the UX lead for the Media on Demand project, I conducted research, developed prototypes, and improved patient satisfaction, system usability, and nursing support, while also leading the Employee Persona Program and earning recognition through industry awards.
